A Little Garden Friend

Isn't he cute?
A little 'emerald spotted tree frog' was spied in a garden pot.
These frogs are more often heard than seen. Their sound is very rapid and loud, 'reminiscent of a jackhammer or machine gun' (according to the book). He is doing his very best to blend in with the colour of the pot.

You have such interesting creatures in your garden. I love your great macro photos of them. So different from what we get down here.

Sandi, when I see shots like this, makes me miss Australia (weep!). Just wanted to let you know that the folks at Patchwork Angel were terrific. I have received my Kookaburra Christmas Pattern and ready to get stitchin'!
