Strawberry shopping

It was sister-in-law Jenny's birthday during the week - she is rather partial to strawberries, with this in mind, I remembered seeing this lovely boxed set of cups and saucers (a pair) in our new Antiques and collectables shop in town. They would be lovely for an elegant tea (with scones, jam (strawberry of course) and cream.

I also bought some delicious milk chocolate and white chocolate-coated freeze dried strawberries from our local sweets shop to put in with the china teacups. It is a very special treat!

Called into the plant nursery in town, and bought some pots of strawberry plants for a little garden project, you will see that soon.
I had a lovely afternoon shopping for strawberries :)
Hope you are having a berry nice weekend!
