Anyone for coffee?

I thought I'd show you my coffee tree (Coffea arabica) in flower, this photo was taken back in mid-January. The white star flowers have a lovely perfume (not a hint of coffee though). They only flower for a short time, and then are followed by green berries which then eventually turn red. The twin coffee beans are inside. No, I don't make my own coffee, as it is a lot of work to process it. Speaking of which, I'm off to make myself one now, want to join me?
Cheers,
Sandi xx

What beautiful flowers. I would have never guessed that coffee came from such a delicate flower.

Of course, any time! I'd love to sit down in the garden with you and chat for a while!
