Sewing Desk project

I bought this desk at a friend's garage sale. It will be my sewing desk I think. I am going to sand the paint off the top and coat it with clear sealer. Then the rest I am painting white. It has been 'shabby chic' painted - it has a grey undercoat, then white and sanded off in places (I will paint over this). The desk has three drawers along the top. The desk should look good in the carriage. Have a good weekend,
Cheers,
Sandi xx

YOur doing great Sandi! Wow you have kept the momentum up.

LOL is that your boarder collie in the background. Does she/he not like the noise of the sander? Did it scare the ducks away as well?

Hi Sandi,
Thanks for visiting. I've been wondering what you've been up to as I keep checking you blog.
I've also been thinking that as we here in the northern hemishere are looking forward to spring and warmer days, (as noticed in many blogs) you'll all be seeing shorter, cooler days. Though my geography is not very good, so I don't quite know how cold it gets in your country, or how much it varies. It's such a big country of course. Perhaps you'll enlighten me over time with your photos as I keep popping into your blog.
Cheers, Lynne
