Lime Kiss biscuits

Yesterday I made some lime kiss biscuits to serve with afternoon tea, as we had visitors arriving. They are a rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth type of biscuit (with my secret ingredient - Cointreau, added to the icing). My lime tree is loaded with fruit this season, perfect for adding to summer drinks and of course lime kiss biscuits!

Wow Sandi-wish I could jump through the screen and pop one of those into my mouth-they look scrumptious! How nice to be able to have a lime tree at your disposal-it's much too cold in Virginia during the winter for that, although I could maybe plant one for indoor use.

Thanks for coming over to my blog, and for the comment, I appreciate it very much.

Love,
Leslie
